摘要
Quantitativeresearchontheheataffectedzone(HAZ)ofweavebeadwelding(WBW)jointforInvaralloyiscarriedoutinthispaper.Basedonthemorphologyandrelateddataanalysisoftheweldseam,thewidthdifferenceofeachlayerandtheformingmechanismareanalyzed.Resultsshowthatthebottomlayer(Layer1)hasthewidestHAZandthesmallestfluctuation,whichreaches1200μm.HAZwidthoflayer2to5isrelativelynarrowerwhichisbasicallybelow600μm,whiletheamplitudefluctuationisgreater.Themainreasonliesintheweldingpath.Thelongstraightweldingwithoutweavecausesthebasemetalnearthegroovefullymeltswhichcausesbythelongstraightweldingwithoutweave,whileweldingwithweaveleadstotheunevenandinadequatemeltingofmetalneargroove.
