AES Analysis of Ce and P Cosegregation at Grain Boundaries-中国期刊网

摘要 ThechemicalstateofgrainboundarycosegregationofCeandPinFe-P-CealloysystemwasstudiedbymeansofAugerElectronSpectroscopy(AES).TheAugerpeaksofCesegregatedatgrainboundariesarefoundwithintherangeof60～180eV.BycomparingwiththeAugerspectraoftheFe-Ce-Pintermetalliccompound,itissupposedthatthereisatwo-dimensionalinterfacialphaseatgrainboundarieswithCeandPcosegregationwhichissimilartothestructureoftheFe-Ce-Pcompound.
