摘要
Thestudyofthetriplejunctionsofthegrainboundariesinsomefccsolidsolutions,orderedalloysandintermetallicswithL12hasbeencarriedoutusingtheopticalmetallographyandTEMmethods.Two-typesofthetriplejunctionswerefoundinthealloysinvestigated(1),consistingoftheboundariesoftherandom(RT),and(2),consistingoftheRTboundaryandthespecialboundaries(ST).TherelativevaluesoftheRTandSTboundaryenergyweredeterminedonthebasisofthemeasurementsoftheanglesbetweenthegrainboundaryplanes.IthasbeenshownthattheenergyofSTboundariesincreaseswiththeincreaseofthestackingfault(SF)energy.TheenergyoftheRTboundariesdoesnotdependontheSFenergy.
