摘要
One-dimensional(1D)nanomaterialsandnanostructureshavereceivedmuchattentionduetotheirpotentialinterestforunderstandingfundamentalphysicalconceptsandforapplicationsinconstructingnanoscaleelectricandoptoelectronicdevices.Zincsulfide(ZnS)isanimportantsemiconductorcompoundofII-VIgroup,andthesynthesisof1DZnSnanomaterialsandnanostructureshasbeenofgrowinginterestowingtotheirpromisingapplicationinnanoscaleoptoelectronicdevices.Thispaperreviewstherecentprogresson1DZnSnanomaterialsandnanostructures,includingnanowires,nanowirearrays,nanorods,nanobeltsornanoribbons,nanocables,andhierarchicalnanostructuresetc.Thisarticlebeginswithasurveyofvariousmethodsthathavebeendevelopedforgenerating1Dnanomaterialsandnanostructures,andthenmainlyfocusesonstructures,synthesis,characterization,formationmechanismsandopticalpropertytuning,andluminescencemechanismsof1DZnSnanomaterialsandnanostructures.Finally,thisreviewconcludeswithpersonalviewstowardsfutureresearchon1DZnSnanomaterialsandnanostructures.
