A MAXIMUM ENTROPY CHUNKING MODEL WITH N-FOLD TEMPLATE CORRECTION-中国期刊网

摘要 ThisletterpresentsanewchunkingmethodbasedonMaximumEntropy(ME)modelwithN-foldtemplatecorrectionmodel.Firsttwotypesofmachinelearningmodelsaredescribed.Basedontheanalysisofthetwomodels,thenthechunkingmodelwhichcombinestheprofitsofconditionalprobabilitymodelandrulebasedmodelisproposed.Theselectionoffeaturesandruletemplatesinthechunkingmodelisdiscussed.ExperimentalresultsfortheCoNLL-2000corpusshowthatthisapproachachievesimpressiveaccuracyintermsoftheF-score:92.93%.ComparedwiththeMEmodelandMEMarkovmodel,thenewchunkingmodelachievesbetterperformance.
