Tosolvethedatapersistenceprobleminthemanagementsystem,thispaperusedthepopularobject-relationalmappingframeworkHibernatetoachievethepersistencelayerwhichinamedicinesinventorymanagementsystem.ThispaperdescribedtheadvantagesandprinciplesoftheHibernate,andthenshowedthewrittenworkoftheconfigurationfiles,mappingfiles,persistentclasses,etc.Finally,thepapershowedhowtodisplaythespecificdatainformationintheTableViewerbasedontheEclipseRCPframework.Itisobservedthat,operatingtheobjectsintheHibernateframeworkismoreflexibleandefficientthanusingJDBCdirectly.Adinaddition,theapplicationbasedonEclipseRCPframeworkcantakeovermanyexcellentfeaturesofEclipse,andthedeveloperscanimprovetheirefficiencybythesefeatures.
