Asimplifiedthree-dimension(3D)fadingchannelmodeldeployedinamulti-inputmulti-output(MIMO)beamformingsystemisexploredinthisarticle.Bothangleofarrival(AoA)andangleofdeparture(AoD)whichimpacttheoverallsystemperformanceareexamined.Thenumericalresultsaregivenforvalidatingtheaccuracyofthetheoreticalderivedformulas.Furthermore,theperformancesofthemodelwithdifferentnumberoftransmittersandreceiversarestudiedandcompared.TheincrementinAoAparametersdefinitelygeneratestheimpactofthesystemperformancewhentheconsiderationofsimplified3Dchannels.
