Casemethodsofteachingandlearningarenowpopularworldwideinpractice-orienteddisciplines,especiallyinbusinesseducationprograms.Thisreality-and-problembasedmethodologyhasattestedtobemoreeffectivethanthetraditionalinputtingmodebylinkingtheorywithpracticesoastodevelopstudents’abilityofcreativity,analysis,leadership,communication,problem-solvingandthelike.However,itbecomesmorecomplicatedinbilingualcontextduetothelanguagedifficulty.Thispaper,investigatedundertheenvironmentofabilingual(English-Chinese)MBAprograminChinathroughtheresearchinstrumentsofclassobservation,interviewandquestionnaire,triestoexploretheperceptionsofsevencaseleaders(professors)andtheirstudentsonthecase-basedpedagogyintheirbilingualcourses,andmeanwhile,analyzesomefeaturesandchallengesoftheclassroompracticeofcasesamongtheseteachersandtheirEnglishL2Chinesestudents.
