Humanextracellularsuperoxidedismutase(hEC-SOD)isasecretedtetramericproteininvolvedintheprotectionofahumanbodyfromoxygenfreeradicals.Itsthree-dimensionalstructurehasnotbeenconfirmed,hEC-SODcouldn′tbeexpressedinE.coll.Weconstructedahybridenzyme,whichcomprisestheNterminalandC-terminaldomainsfromhEC-SOD,fusedittohumanCu,Zn-SOD.ThehybridenzymeisexpressedsuccessfullyinE.coli.Further,weanalyzedtheexpressionofhEC-SODinE.colibymRNAdifferentialdisplaying.
