简介：【 摘要】 论 文深入研究了目前中职院校 “ 现代师徒制 ” 存在的问题，提出构建校企合作的 “ 现代师徒制 ” 的人才培养模式 ，并且提出了 改革的对策和思路。 对探索职业院校现代学徒制育人模式的改革与发展、创新办 学育人新模式等方面具有积极意义。 【 Abstract】 This paper makes an in-depth study of the problems existing in the "modern mentoring system" in secondary vocational colleges, puts forward the talent training model of "modern mentoring system" for school-enterprise cooperation, and puts forward the countermeasures and ideas for the reform. It is of positive significance to explore the reform and development of modern apprenticeship education model in vocational colleges and to innovate new educational model.
