简介:Objective:ToinvestigatethepossiblepresenceofanactiveeffluxsysteminresistancetofluoroqninolonesinMycoplasmahominis.Methods:TheresistantstrainsofM.hominiswereselectedfromonehundredandthreeclinicalstrainsofM.homlnlsbybrothmicrodilutionmethod.Theac-cumulationofciprofloxacininM.hominisandthein-fluenceofcarbonylcyanidem-chlorophenyl-hydrazone(CCCP)andreserpineweremeasuredbyafluores-cencemethod.Results:TworesistantstrainsandtwosusceptiblestrainsofM.hominiswereselectedinvitro.Theaccu-mulationofciprofloxacinforresistantstrainsislowerthanthatofsusceptiblestrains.CCCPandreserpinehaddifferentinfluenceonclinicalstrainsofM.hominis.Reserpinecoulddramaticallyincreasetheaccumulationofciprofloxacin,howeverCCCPhadalittleeffectonit.Conclusion:Theseresultssuggestthatthepres-enceofanactiveeffluxsystemimplicatedinthefluoroouinolones-resistantinM.hominis.
