简介:WiththeredesignedjigsfortheThermecmastor-Zthermalsimulator,thefeasibilityofusing3kindsofGleeblespecimensintheThermecmastor-Zsimulatorwasinvestigated.ResultsshowthatGleeblespecimenscanbeusedintheThermecmastor-Zsimulator.ThetensiontestsintheGleebleandThermecmastor-Zsimulatorsproducedresultswiththesametrend,whichprovesthatthehightemperatureductilityofGleeblespecimenscanbereflectedbytheThermecmastorZsimulator.Inaddition,astheThermecmastor-Zsimulatoroffersawiderheatingzone,bettercross-sectionshrinkageandelongationofspecimenscanbeachievedunderthesametestconditions.
简介:介绍了厚规格Q390GJC-Z25高强度钢板的研发工艺及试制过程。试制结果表明:采用Nb、V、Ti复合微合金化、控轧控冷、正火热处理工艺生产的厚规格Q390GJC-Z25钢板组织均匀、晶粒细小,各项力学指标均符合国标要求,探伤达到Ⅰ级。
