简介:【摘要】目的:对内科患者基础护理中优质分级护理服务项目的应用方法以及效果进行深入探究。方法:选择对内科护理工作展开研究,共有12名护理人员,在基础护理中采用优质分级护理服务活动形式。对优质分级护理服务项目实施前后,护理人员24h基础护理次数进行记录和对比分析。结果:在优质分级护理服务项目实施后,护理人员24h护理服务中巡视病房、健康教育、翻身、沟通交流、肢体功能锻炼以及清洁卫生护理次数分别为(78±4)次、(25±4)次、(134±5)次、(112±3)次、(17±3)次、(153±2)次,高于优质分级护理服务项目实施前护理人员24h护理服务中巡视病房、健康教育、翻身、沟通交流、肢体功能锻炼以及清洁卫生护理次数(55±8)次、(17±4)次、(129±6)次、(89±7)次、(15±6)次、(62±7)次。结论:在基础护理服务中,可开展优质分级护理活动,有利于显著提升护理干预水平,改善患者满意度。
简介:摘要:目的:分析研究将循证护理为基础的护理应用在管道护理风险管理中的效果。方法:选择2021年1月至2023年1月在本院住院接受留置导管的200例患者作为研究对象,按照不同护理方式将所有患者分为两组,每组患者100人。对照组患者的应用常规护理模式,观察组患者应用循证护理为基础的护理风险管理。对比两组患者的护理效果。结果:经过护理后,观察组患者在管道风险时间发生率、患者满意度方面表现优异,与对照组对比差异更加明显(P<0.05)。结论:在管道护理中应用以循证护理为基础的护理风险管理可以有效降低管道风险时间的发生率以及提高患者的护理满意度,值得推广。
简介: 【摘 要】目的:本文主要探讨的是在优质护理应用中基础护理存在的难点和管理方法。方法:本次实验数据是在 2018年 6月到 2019年 2月对我院开展优质护理科室的护理实际情况信息进行收集整理,分析该科室在基础护理过程中遇到的问题,并施行一定的管理方法提高患者的配合度,如采取使提高护士对基础护理的认识和改进病情所需护理管理的方法等,通过对管理方法使用后的效果进行观察研究,最后了解患者对护理的满意度。结果:通过实际调查数据得到,未采取相应的管理措施之前,护理工作存在的主要问题是患者的配合度不高,甚至拒绝护理,此情况占了四分之三左右,同时还存在其他问题。通过采用优质护理管理方法后,护理相关问题的发生率有了明显下降,患者的满意度有了大幅提升,改善前满意评分是( 5.17±1.12)分,改善后的满意评分是( 8.63±1.37)分。结论:通过对优质护理中存在的问题进行分析研究,并制定实际有效的管理方法可以显著提高优质护理中基础护理的实际应用情况,减少问题的出现,有效提高了患者对护理的满意度。 【关键词】优质护理 ;基础护理 ;难点 ;管理方法 [Abstract] Objective: This paper mainly discusses the difficulties and management methods of basic nursing in the application of high quality nursing. Methods: from June 2018 to February 2019, the experimental data were collected and sorted out on the actual nursing situation information of the high-quality nursing department in our hospital, analyzed the problems encountered in the basic nursing process of the Department, and implemented certain management methods to improve the coordination of patients, such as taking the methods to improve the nurses' understanding of basic nursing and the nursing management needed to improve the condition, Through the observation and Research on the effect of the management method, finally understand the patient's satisfaction with nursing. Results: through the actual survey data, before taking corresponding management measures, the main problem of nursing work was that patients' cooperation was not high, and even refused to care, which accounted for about three-quarters, and there were other problems. After adopting the high quality nursing management method, the incidence of nursing related problems has been significantly reduced, and the satisfaction of patients has been greatly improved. The satisfaction score before improvement is (5.17 ± 1.12) points, and the satisfaction score after improvement is (8.63 ± 1.37) points. Conclusion: through the analysis and research of the problems existing in high quality nursing, and the development of practical and effective management methods, can significantly improve the practical application of basic nursing in high-quality nursing, reduce the occurrence of problems, and effectively improve the satisfaction of patients to nursing.
