简介:通过对轴承套圈进行组织、夹杂物分析后发现,超精磨后套圈沟槽内的凹坑处碳化物颗粒较少造成局部的软点;凸起处碳化物颗粒较大且聚集产生局部的硬质点。金相分析表明,这种微观区域的硬度不均匀是造成超精磨工序中精度无法保证的原因。
简介:摘要:氮化物涂层在高温轴承中的应用较为广泛,但由于在无油润滑条件下,摩擦因数的大小是决定涂层是否能成功应用的主要因素。本研究以GCr15轴承钢为基体材料,采用激光熔覆技术在其表面制备氮化物涂层,并与45#钢进行对比分析。通过球-盘摩擦磨损试验及显微形貌观察对摩擦机理进行探讨。结果表明:氮化物涂层的润滑性能及耐磨性能优于45#钢,且与GCr15轴承钢相比,氮化物涂层的磨损率更低。
