简介:Therulessuchasprocessparametersaffectingjointpropertiesandtheevolutionprincipleofweld'smicrostructurehavebeenresearchedbyadoptingdiffusionweldingprocesstoconnectSiCw/6061Alcomposite.ExperimentalresultsshowthatthereexistsacriticaltemperatureregionbetweensolidandliquidphaselineofSiCw/6061Alcomposite,andtheregionwillshrinkwiththeincreasingofweldingpressure.Whendiffusionweldingoccurredunderthecriticaltemperatureregion,weldingjointexhibitsbadpropertyofbonding,andthematrixandthereinforcementcan'tbondeffectively.Whendiffusionweldingoccurredinthecriticaltemperatureregion,thestrengthofweldingjointchangeswidelywiththevariationofweldingtemperature.Whenweldingtemperaturevariesin10℃,thestrengthofweldingjointwillchangeobviously.Onlywhenweldingtemperatureishigherthanthecriticaltemperatureregion,stablejointpropertiescanbeobtained.Simultaneouslythematrixandthereinforcementhasbetterinterfacialbondedindiffusionweldinginterface,andnoobviousinterfacereactionoccurred,andthusdiffusionweldingofSiCw/6061Alcompositecanbesuccessfullyrealized.
简介:采用扫描电镜、能谱仪以及X射线衍射仪对具有WC+β(β为钴基粘结相)两相结构的WC-11Co-0.71Cr3C2-0.06RE(RE为含La、Ce、Pr、Nd的混合稀土)硬质合金烧结体表面进行观察与分析。结果表明,在烧结过程中合金中的La、Ce、Pr、Nd通过定向迁移与烧结炉内气氛中的S、O等杂质元素结合,在合金烧结体表面形成RE2S3(主)和RE2O2S(少量)弥散相。从合金中Cr3C2的热力学稳定性、Cr在Co中的溶解度特性以及稀土原子激发等3个方面,对稀土迁移活性的激发机制和稀土原子的定向迁移机制进行分析与讨论。

简介:Inthepresentstudy,artificialneuralnetwork(ANN)approachwasusedtopredictthestress–straincurveofnearbetatitaniumalloyasafunctionofvolumefractionsofaandb.Thisapproachistodevelopthebestpossiblecombinationorneuralnetwork(NN)topredictthestress–straincurve.Inordertoachievethis,threedifferentNNarchitectures(feed-forwardback-propagationnetwork,cascade-forwardback-propagationnetwork,andlayerrecurrentnetwork),threedifferenttransferfunctions(purelin,Log-Sigmoid,andTan-Sigmoid),numberofhiddenlayers(1and2),numberofneuronsinthehiddenlayer(s),anddifferenttrainingalgorithmswereemployed.ANNtrainingmodules,theloadintermsofstrain,andvolumefractionofaaretheinputsandthestressasanoutput.ANNsystemwastrainedusingthepreparedtrainingset(a,16%a,40%a,andbstress–straincurves).Aftertrainingprocess,testdatawereusedtochecksystemaccuracy.Itisobservedthatfeed-forwardback-propagationnetworkisthefastest,andLog-Sigmoidtransferfunctionisgivingthebestresults.Finally,layerrecurrentNNwithasinglehiddenlayerconsistsof11neurons,andLog-Sigmoidtransferfunctionusingtrainlmastrainingalgorithmisgivinggoodresult,andaveragerelativeerroris1.27±1.45%.Intwohiddenlayers,layerrecurrentNNconsistsof7neuronsineachhiddenlayerwithtrainrpasthetrainingalgorithmhavingthetransferfunctionofLogSigmoidwhichgivesbetterresults.Asaresult,theNNisfoundedsuccessfulforthepredictionofstress–straincurveofnearbtitaniumalloy.

简介:采用B50A789材料制备的压气机叶片产生的缺陷,主要是由于原材料内部夹杂、局部偏析、组织粗大,带状偏析和折叠引起的.本研究采用金相和能谱分析方法研究了锻造压气机叶片表面裂纹的形成机理,并对其锻造裂纹的形成过程进行有限元模拟.结果表明结合低倍及高倍形貌特征,可以得出叶片缺陷为锻造加工过程产生的折叠裂纹;通过有限元模拟分析认为锻造叶片表面裂纹是源于锻件在制坯过程中,在连接杆与安装圆盘的转接处形成啃伤台阶,导致终锻结束时在叶身形成折叠裂纹缺陷.同时通过对试验过程中锻造工艺调整,采用分料卡子对过渡区分料或进行打磨来保证转角半径圆滑过渡,可有效避免叶片表面折叠和裂纹缺陷的形成.

简介:介绍一种金属/合金的生产方法,用于恒电流和恒电位条件下由混合硫化物(Cu2S,NiS)生产Cu-Ni合金,称为直接电化学还原(DER)。研究槽电压和槽电流等工艺参数对还原得到的化合物组成的影响,以生产工业所需的CuNi10,CuNi20和CuNi30等合金。在1200°C下采用循环伏安法(CV)考察Cu2S和NiS在CaCl2熔体中的电化学行为。根据CV研究结果,Cu2S的阴极还原是一步完成的,即Cu2S?Cu;NiS的阴极还原则分两步进行,即NiS?Ni3S2?Ni。恒电流研究表明,在10A电流下电解15min,可制备出最高硫含量为320×10-6的高纯CuNi10合金。扫描电子显微镜以及能量色散X射线能谱和光学发射光谱(OES)测试结果表明,在2.5V电压下直接电化学还原15min,可制备出杂质含量低(即硫含量小于60×10-6)的所选成分的Cu-Ni合金。
简介:通过单向拉伸试验研究镁合金AZ31B的电塑性效应。为了显示脉冲电流的非热效应,在相同温度下开展两类试验:环境箱中的单向拉伸试验和脉冲电流辅助的单向拉伸试验。此外,对脉冲电流在材料变形过程中引起的温度场进行数值模拟。结果表明,沿材料截面方向温度分布均匀。通过对比两类单向拉伸试验的真应力-真应变曲线,证实了脉冲电流非热效应的存在。通过光学显微镜研究脉冲电流对材料微观组织演化的影响,结果表明:脉冲电流引起的动态再结晶对流动应力的下降起重要作用。最后,提出一个考虑电塑性响应的AZ31B流动应力模型,并通过实验进行验证。结果表明:模型预测结果和实验结果吻合较好。
