  • 简介:Integrationofsoilinformationsystem(SIS)andinteractiveself-organizingdata(ISODATA)wasstudiedtoestablishproperagriculturaldevelopingzonesinredsoilregionofsouthernChinawhichareofcrucialimportancetofarmers,researchers,anddecisionmaderswhileutilizingandmanagingredsoilresources.SIScreatedbyusingARC/INFOwasusedtoprovidedataacquisition,systematicmodelparameterassignment,andvisualdisplayofanalyticresults.Topography,temperature,soilcomponent(e.g.,organicmatterandpH)andconditionofagriculturalproductionwereselectedasparametersofISODATAmodel.TakingLongyouCounty,ZhejiangProvinceasthecasestudyarea,theeffectoftheintegrationandrecommendationsarediscussedforfutureresearch.

  • 简介:儿童分泌性中耳炎(secretoryotitismedia,SOM)是以中耳积液、听力下降为主要特征的中耳非化脓性疾病,患病高峰为2~5岁。文献报告:10岁以下的儿童约80%左右至少患过一次SOM,然而非常遗憾的事实却是:如此高发的疾病其发病机制至今仍未完全阐明,目前观点认为:SOM的发生与呼吸道感染、咽鼓管功能障碍、变应性反应等有关。

  • 简介:Microarraytechnologycanbeemployedtoquantitativelymeasuretheexpressionofthousandsofgenesinasingleexperiment.Ithasbecomeoneofthemaintoolsforglobalgeneexpressionanalysisinmolecularbiologyresearchinrecentyears.Thelargeamountofexpressiondatageneratedbythistechnologymakesthestudyofcertaincomplexbiologicalproblemspossible,andmachinelearningmethodsareexpectedtoplayacrucialroleintheanalysisprocess.Inthispaper,wepresentourresultsfromintegratingtheself-organizingmap(SOM)andthesupportvectormachine(SVM)fortheanalysisofthevariousfunctionsofzebrafishgenesbasedontheirexpression.Themostdistinctivecharacteristicofourzebrafishgeneexpressionisthatthenumberofsamplesofdifferentclassesisimbalanced.WediscusshowSOMcanbeusedasadata-filteringtooltoimprovetheclassificationperformanceoftheSVMonthisdataset.
