简介:创新型人才测评是人力资源管理的基本环节。文章探讨了基于Power调和平均算子的模糊偏好关系群决策方法及其在人力资源管理中的应用。在人才测评过程中,专家通过两两比较给出人才测评的模糊偏好关系信息。鉴于偏好信息存在相互联系,引入加权Power调和平均算子作为融合模糊偏好关系矩阵的工具,得到综合性模糊偏好关系矩阵,再用归一化的方法计算出人才素质的排序值,给出了人才选拔的最优方案。通过创新型人才测评的实例分析验证了模型的有效性。
