摘要
Currently,mostpeoplewithmodernmultichannelcochlearimplantsystemscanunderstandspeechinqui-etenvironmentverywell.However,studiesinrecentdecadesreportedalackofsatisfactioninmusicpercep-tionwithcochlearimplants.Thisarticlereviewstheliteratureonmusicabilityofcochlearimplantusersbypresentingasystematicoutlineofthecapabilitiesandlimitationsofcochlearimplantrecipientswithregardtotheirmusicperceptionaswellasproduction.Thereviewalsoevaluatesthesimilaritiesanddifferencesbe-tweenelectrichearingandacoustichearingregardingmusicperception.Wesummarizetheresearchresultsintermsoftheindividualcomponentsofmusic(e.g.,rhythm,pitch,andtimbre).Finally,webrieflyintro-ducethevocalsingingofprelingually-deafenedchildrenwithcochlearimplantsasevaluatedbyacousticmeasures.
