Effective measures to strengthen the quality of junior high school education

Abstract: With the vigorous development of modern society, the deepening of core literacy, quality education and other policies have caused impacts and challenges to the development of junior high school education. Traditional education methods and concepts have been unable to meet the persified and personalized learning needs of students, which is not conducive to further strengthening the quality of junior high school education. In the process of education and teaching in junior middle schools, there are still many problems such as the professional ability of teachers to be strengthened, the lack of flexible application of information technology, and the incomplete education management system, which makes it difficult to effectively improve the education level of junior middle schools. By analyzing effective measures to strengthen the education quality of junior high schools, this paper proposes solutions such as enhancing the professional ability of teachers, giving full play to the role of information technology, and building a perfect education management system. It optimizes the education conditions of junior high schools from the aspects of personnel, technology and system, so as to bring more high-quality education and teaching practice activities to students. So as to realize the high quality development of junior high school education.

I. Introduction

At the stage of junior high school education, students need to understand the subject knowledge of high difficulty. Teachers of various disciplines should not only improve students' theoretical knowledge level, but also help students develop scientific and efficient learning methods and habits, strengthen students' practical level and application ability, and lay a solid foundation for students' future development. Therefore, strengthening the quality of junior high school education has strong necessity and practical significance. However, in the actual education work of junior high schools, there are still some limitations such as the professional ability of teachers to be strengthened, the lack of flexible application of information technology, and the incomplete education management system, which not only hinder the innovation and development of junior high school education, but also affect the quality of education and teaching efficiency. The purpose of this paper is to study how to effectively strengthen the quality of junior high school education and to provide enlightenment and suggestions for the sustainable development of junior high school education.

Ⅱ. Problems in junior high school education

(1) The professional ability of teachers needs to be strengthened

The professional ability of junior high school teachers needs to be strengthened, which can not provide talent guarantee for the transformation and upgrading of education. Some junior middle school teachers lack the necessary teaching skills and experience, can not effectively organize classroom teaching, it is difficult to stimulate students' interest in learning and enthusiasm. With the continuous development of society and science and technology, subject knowledge is constantly updated. However, some teachers fail to follow up the subject development in time, resulting in outdated knowledge. In addition, teachers still use traditional educational concepts and methods, ignore students' subjective status and inpidual needs, fail to strengthen the study of new curriculum reform and quality-oriented education policies, and it is difficult to realize students' personality development, limiting students' innovative ability and thinking development. At the same time, some teachers lack of research and reflection on education and teaching, and can not effectively sum up experience and improve teaching methods, which restricts their professional growth. Schools fail to provide persified professional and technical training for teachers, and it is difficult to further strengthen the teaching ability and professional quality of teachers in various disciplines, which affects the orderly development of junior high school education.

(2) Lack of flexible application of information technology

Junior high school education lacks the flexible application of information technology, which is difficult to promote the efficient operation of education. Many junior high school information technology facilities are relatively backward, lack of necessary hardware equipment and software resources, which leads to teachers can not make full use of information technology in teaching, affecting the teaching effect. The information technology ability of teachers is the key factor affecting the application of information technology in education. However, at present, teachers in some junior middle schools lack the information technology ability and the necessary technical knowledge and operational skills

Even if certain advanced technologies are introduced, it is difficult for teachers to give full play to the use efficiency of information technology, which will result in the waste of educational funds and resources. And affect the quality of education. The integration of curriculum and information technology is an important means to improve teaching quality, but the integration of curriculum and information technology is insufficient, and teachers fail to make full use of information technology to improve teaching methods and means. School information management level is also one of the factors affecting the application of information technology in education, and many junior high school information management level is low, lack of necessary management systems and norms, resulting in improper maintenance and use of information technology facilities.

, effective countermeasures to strengthen the quality of junior high school education

(1) Enhancing the professional competence of teachers

The professional ability of teachers in junior middle schools needs to be strengthened, and the professional ability of teachers should be enhanced. Schools should regularly organize teachers to participate in various training activities, improve teachers' teaching skills and educational concepts, and encourage teachers to conduct academic exchanges and further study, broaden their horizons and enhance their professional qualities. Teachers can also participate in subject research to deeply understand the cutting-edge trends of the subject, improve their academic level and research ability, and the research results can also provide strong support for teaching. Schools should establish a scientific evaluation mechanism to comprehensively evaluate teachers' professional ability and teaching quality. Through the evaluation results, teachers can understand their own strengths and weaknesses, and further define their own development direction. Schools also need to encourage teachers to conduct teaching research, actively explore teaching models and methods that adapt to students' development, and can set up special funds to support teachers' educational teaching research projects. Teachers' ethics and style are important aspects to evaluate teachers' professional ability. Schools should strengthen the education of teachers' ethics and style, set up good examples of teachers' ethics, and create a good atmosphere of respecting teachers and valuing education.

(2)Give full play to the role of information technology

Junior high school education lacks the flexible application of information technology, and should give full play to the role of information technology. Schools should increase investment in information technology infrastructure, build advanced hardware equipment and software resources, and provide basic guarantee for the use of information technology[[2]]. At the same time, schools also need to strengthen the training of information technology for teachers, improve their technical knowledge and operational skills, cultivate teachers' information teaching concepts and consciousness, and introduce excellent information teacher talents to enrich the teacher team. When carrying out educational and teaching practice activities, teachers can also understand the actual learning needs of current junior middle school students through the Internet platform, and teach various subjects in a way that students like, which can not only improve students' learning enthusiasm and interest, but also help realize the digital transformation and upgrading of junior middle school education. Teachers can also use computer technology to automatically analyze the changes of students' grades in the class, timely understand the serious problem that some students have a large drop in scores, and formulate personalized teaching programs in combination with students' characteristics to promote the effective improvement of teaching quality. Students' information technology application ability is also one of the factors that affect the application of information technology in education. Junior high school needs to provide students with necessary technical training and practical opportunities to strengthen students' information technology application ability.

To sum up, the improvement of the quality of junior high school education is an important work to promote the high-quality development of education, and it is also a concrete manifestation of the implementation of education reform, which has strong practical significance. However, in the education and teaching work of junior high schools, there are still outstanding problems such as the professional ability of teachers to be strengthened and the lack of flexible application of information technology, which is difficult to effectively improve the quality of teaching and hinders the optimization and innovation of the education work of junior high schools. Through analyzing the effective measures to strengthen the education quality of junior middle schools, this paper puts forward effective solutions such as enhancing the professional ability of teachers and giving full play to the role of information technology, so as to provide help for the improvement of education in junior middle schools.
