简介：摘要：变频配电系统是海上钻采平台提高采收率的重要环节。变频控制柜内部包含逆变整流模块、进线电抗器、输出滤波器、断路器等功率器件，同时包含PLC、PROFIBUS-DP通讯卡、CI通讯卡、COM通讯卡、CANOPEN通讯卡等数据采集传输配件。PLC与通讯卡配合，将变频功率模块数据传输到触摸屏、中央控制柜及平台中控系统，使数据依据存储地址有序共享。中央控制系统按照PROFIBUS、TCP/IP或CANOPEN等通讯协议进行数据采集、分析及发送控制命令等工作。因各平台中央控制现场总线的通讯协议不同，控制柜内PLC的型号差异，变频功率模块接口不尽相同，导致变频控制系统工业现场总线的选型工作非常繁琐。本文设计了一种总线选型软件，输入功率模块型号及中央控制系统通讯方式后可自动生成总线选型清单，极大方便了总线选型的工作，提高了选型的准确性。
